The Higher-Self is the reflection of your own divinity within you. There are 5 Basic Pathways that will be taught in the following order:
White Light Meditation – basic shielding foundation. You will become boosted energetically and your internal light is activated in you.
Golden White Meditation – strengthens the body and mind.
Pink Light Meditation – expands the heart center within the practitioner. As this occurs self-esteem is raised and unconditional love is expands.
Violet Flame Meditation – strengthens the etheric body & calms the mind. As this happens whole new worlds of remembrance happens for you.
Blue Flame Meditation – connects you to your Higher-Self within the Great Central Sun. Once connected the activation continues to blossom.
