Many people often ask me these questions: When is the Proper Time to Meditate? How long should I Sit for meditation? What is the Importance of waking up during the time of 3AM and 5AM ? Well, there are some very unique times to meditate and those times are when you first awaken from Sleep, Noon time and within the Hour before retiring for evening sleep. We are waking up between 3 AM and 5 AM because it is our clarion call from the deepest part of ourself that is designed to communicate (telepathically) through Higher States of Consciousness, to Remember our Divinity and to fulfill our mission in other parts of the infinite universe.
We are here to remember our True Divinity and to become that Infinite Expression and Divine Source. We experience this in the Dream World, during many Out-of-Body (Astral or Soul Traveling) experiences. We can retain this internal insight through Lucid Dreaming and as we do then we begin to live these out. Now, within the past decade we have been remembering that we consciously and unconsciously remembering our Divinity. The way to do this is through DAILY MEDITATION.
Meditate in the beginning for 20 to 30 minutes. Learn to sit quietly and silently. There is no need to have difficulty breathing (through the mouth) breathe smoothly through the nose. It is essential to sit in meditation for longer periods. You should sit for at least one hour per session for one hour allows you to receive more oxygen into your bloodstream. Eventually, realize that this is an ongoing development. It will become natural because it has been always naturally a part of our life.
The more we meditate on a regular basis, then Greater Clarity we shall have and through becoming very clear we shall hear celestial tones easily as healing voices. As we evolve our meditations will evolve as well. Remember that Grace matters.
