Join Brother Francis E. Revels-Bey as he instructs and guides you through meditation. Each is designed to show you how to eventually use the Silent Method to connect with your Higher-Self for greater higher consciousness, awareness and gain clear connection with your Soul. Previous students enjoyed this class last year and now so can you experience the same. This is an ongoing class so that all who attend can experience their personal connection with the Great Central Sun.

Brother Francis began studying meditation in 1971 while a sophomore with a major in fine arts while at Bard College in Annandale-on-Hudson, NY. Later, after graduation in 1974 he became a practitioner for 5 years and in 1979 became a principal teacher of meditation. During his spiritual journey he began to experience personal transformations and breakthroughs (1977 to 1988). As he used a variety of approaches through the study of meditation uses of Tai Chi Chu’an, Chi Kung, Rosicicrucian and Astara studies, and Maya Yoga. Since 1996, Brother Francis as a Principal Teacher of Meditation is utilizing his own methods with his original “Creative Pathwork Meditations” to help you gain clarity for yourself. These weekly classes are designed for beginners, intermediates and advanced meditation students.
